We started 911 Pool Care because the Greater Austin area needed accurate, timely pool leak detection and repair — and it was harder than it should be to find a team that was reliable, transparent, and responsive. As a former pool builder, we needed these services often and ran into the same frustrations homeowners do: unclear answers, delays, and inconsistent communication.
Over the last few years, we’ve refined our focus into what you see today, We specialize in leak detection, leak repair, pool repairs, and renovations. We’re locally and veteran-owned and operated, insured, and RAIL certified (Residential Appliance Installer License), which is required when working on pool electrical equipment like pumps, lights, and related components. We stay connected throughout the industry so we can deliver a great customer experience and a timely, cost-effective solution that holds up.
